Court 16-year-old on gun charge Barbados Today15/03/2022053 views BT Court A teenager has been remanded to Dodds prison for the next 28 days on gun and ammunition charges. Tarvian Victor Jyair Eastmond, of Risk Road, Fitts Village, St James, is accused of having possession of a gun and four rounds of ammunition without the necessary licences or permits to do so. The crime was reportedly committed, in his constituency, on March 19. The 16-year-old could not plead to the indictable charges when he appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke on Monday. Eastmond, who is represented by attorneys-at-law Michael Lashley Q.C., Simon Clarke and Ken Mason, will make his next appearance before the District ‘E’ Magistrates’ Court on April 11.
