Carlyn Leacock passes away

Barbadian songstress Carlyn Leacock passed away today after a brief illness.

In a statement, her family confirmed that Leacock died peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones this afternoon.

“The family would appreciate the opportunity to come to terms with the loss and will make an official statement in the coming days. The Leacock family ask that the public respect their privacy at this time,” it said.
