Collie Cleotta Ernestine Lovell was joined by family, members of her community and President Dame Sandra Mason today as she reached a milestone she had been long looking forward to. The former senior athlete was toasted by the island’s first president during the celebration at the Holy Innocents Anglican Church hall.
