Surinam Airways to begin Guyana-Barbados flights December 20 

Surinam Airways has revealed plans to commence scheduled flights between Guyana and Barbados starting from December 20.

According to a statement from the airline, the Georgetown-Barbados route is set to operate twice a week, offering connections to Suriname and other destinations.

Boasting an established footprint in Guyana spanning several years, Surinam Airways envisions that this extension of services to Barbados will not only enhance convenience but also significantly boost the airline’s overall productivity and earnings.

It noted that the introduction of the new service has garnered a positive reception from authorities in Guyana and Barbados.

Surinam Airways subtly hinted at exploring additional destinations in North America and Europe, with the potential to establish intriguing connections with both Guyana and Barbados shortly.
