Payne remanded on illegal firearm/ammo charges

A 42-year-old Tudor Bridge, St Michael man has been remanded to prison on unlicensed firearm charges.

Keimar Orlando Payne of 1st Avenue Eckstein Village was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and eight rounds of ammunition on March 14.

He was not required to plead to the indictable offences during his appearance at the Oistins Magistrates’ Court before Acting Chief Magistrate Deidre McKenna and was remanded to Dodds Prison.

The case was adjourned to April 16.
