The 26-year-old appeared before Magistrate Deborah Beckles at the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. He was not required to plead to the indictable charge. The matter was transferred to the District ‘F’/Horse Hill Magistrates’ Court, where McIntosh is scheduled to reappear on September 15. McIntosh, who recently turned himself in, is the third person charged in connection with Ramdass’ murder. (RR)
