Police are at the scene of a shooting incident at Dalkeith Road, St Michael.
Police Public Relations Officer Sargeant Michael Blackman says there are no reported injuries.
( more details as they come to hand. )
We really making sport with this gun thing.
What you all should have said is this. Police investigating shots fire. Since there are no injuries its not a shooting. Get it right BT.

Ossie Moore : Whether there are injuries or no injuries it’s still lawlessness and someone could have sustained serious injury. I guess that it’s perfectly okay to send the message to the thugs that they can shoot up Barbados as long as no one gets shot.

Ossie Moore : You are more worried about BT getting it right than you are worried about the thugs killing someone.
What a way to end the crazy year of the criminals with their guns. Shooting lawlessness without any care whatsoever or respect for human life. As a daughter of Barbados I hope for better in 2019. May the Almighty bless this land with happiness, peace, and a plethora of love for every citizen in the New Year.
Every time there is a shooting or a killing in Barbados, out come some people to question WHY in BARBADOS as though BARBADOS is NOT part of the WORLD…. as though BARBADOS is not living with the times…as though there is nothing called the price of progress…as though BAJANS doan like to ”follow pattern”….as though that gine stop the tourists from coming here.
Peoples…BARBADOS is just GETTING IN LINE with other COUNTRIES and I would have been pleasantly SURPRISED if BARBADOS was lagging behind.
Jamaica was ALWAYS the top Country when talking about CRIME.In the past it was followed by Guyana now Trinidad has taken over that #2 spot followed by Bdos at a FAR distant fourth then St.Lucia,Antigua down the line..now St.LUCIA has taken over from Bdos with St.Kitts creeping up.
GLOBAL CRIME is getting WORSE..why do some some people act SURPRISED when it is happening in BARBADOS? as though BARBADOS is not part of the WORLD.
Bajans should adopt the attitude of those abroad ..protect themselves and hope it doesn’t affect them…NOBODY CAN STOP CRIME.
