They are 16-year-old Tammagn Omega Caesar and 15-year-old Kyesha Wilson. Lawmen say the two girls were seen climbing over a ten-foot fence with barb wire at the facility between 12:30 -12:45 p.m. yesterday. At the time of her escape, Caesar was wearing a white and blue short dress and blue jeans. She is five feet, three inches tall and she has a light brown complexion. She has black relaxed hair and and her mouth is slightly twisted due to a previous injury. Kyesha is five feet tall and has a brown complexion. She is slim and has a pointed nose.
