McDowall held off a stiff challenge from challenger Fabian Jones to successfully retain his post. The 38-year-old McDowall totalled 354 votes, to Jones’ 292 votes. The other challengers Verrol Scott had 237 votes and Joy Ann Inniss garnered 193 votes. The winning team.
