He is Benjamin Burgess, 23, a national of the United Kingdom, who worked as an engineer on an oil tanker currently docked off Oistins. Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact the Oistins Police Station at 418-2612, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 or any police station.
