He is 51-year-old Colin Junior Farley of Lower Carlton, St James. They rendered assistance and immediately sought medical attention but he subsequently passed away. He was pronounced dead by Police Medical Officer Dr Ross Herbert. Police say no foul play is suspected as this stage.
