According to police, the deceased is a 28-year-old male, who lives at Sunny Side Court, Deacons Farm, St Michael but was staying at a residence of a friend in Ruby Tenantry, St Philip. The man, whose name has not been disclosed, was sitting in a chair just outside the house, when loud and sudden explosions were heard.
