St Michael man shot and killed in St Philip

Police are on the scene of a fatal shooting at Ruby Tenantry, St Philip.

According to police, the deceased is a 28-year-old male, who lives at Sunny Side Court, Deacons Farm, St Michael but was staying at a residence of a friend in Ruby Tenantry, St Philip.

The man, whose name has not been disclosed, was sitting in a chair just outside the house, when loud and sudden explosions were heard.

Residents in the house later discovered his lifeless body.
