He is 25-year-old Junior Felix. He was being held at the Tropical Winds Hotel, Long Bay, St Philip. Felix has a brown complexion and is about five feet, eleven inches tall, slim and has a low haircut and a short beard. He was also wearing a gold chain with a cross pendant that has the word Jesus written on it, a black strap Gucci watch and Gucci belt with a green and red buckle. He also had a black carry-on suitcase in his possession.
