Local News Vehicle registration stickers coming by post by Barbados Today Traffic 17/09/2020 written by Barbados Today Traffic 17/09/2020 1 min read A+A- Reset Share FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 410 The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) and the Barbados Licensing Authority (BLA) will issue registration stickers via the Barbados Postal Service. In the statement issued late last night, BRA said: “Following a suspension period due to the island’s COVID-19 measures, the issuance of registration stickers is currently ongoing via the Barbados Postal Service’s mail service. As long as a road user’s insurance is up-to-date, road users who require a renewal of their vehicle registrations, will therefore receive their stickers by post.” The statement did not set out the process or what will be required of vehicle owners. However, it said that the change was to keep the number of people visiting the BRA and BLA offices to a minimum given the country-wide COVID-19 protocols. “The postal service is being utilised to minimise the foot-traffic within the Barbados Revenue Authority’s offices in order to ensure the well-being of taxpayers and staff. Please also note that the normal registration protocols for owners of commercial and public service vehicles remain the same. We wish to thank the public for its patience and co-operation during this time.” (IMC) You Might Be Interested In Crystal Beckles-Holder, 2nd runner up in regional competition GUYANA: Body of child found after gold mine collapses Barbadians asked to help with return tickets for Haitians Barbados Today Traffic You may also like ‘Unanimous’ selection of Blackman for St James North by-election 25/04/2025 Murder accused pleads not guilty to eight charges 25/04/2025 Barbadians divided on corporal punishment, survey finds 25/04/2025
