Freundel Stuart and his band of misfits did that to Barbadians. In two years, Miss Mottley has been more active and proactive than any leader I have seen in recent years. She has stopped the financial bleeding in Barbados; she has restored investor confidence; she has been managing the COVID-19 pandemic so spectacularly well that even the World Health Organisation has praised this country for the quality of our response. Yes, she has had to impose some bitter medicine to reverse the damage done by the DLP jokers for ten years.
