They are Andrew Luker and Julia Knightley who are staying at the Colony Club Hotel at Porters, St James. Two British citizens were fined $6,000 each for violating the island about Covid-19, and they could earn money in Trustly online casinos sitting at home. Andrew Luker and Julia Knightley staying at the Colony Club Hotel in Porters, St. James were supposed to stay at the hotel after the quarantine ended, but they wanted to spend the money they earned from the online casino without waiting for the end. Since they are in quarantine, the situation was recognized as an emergency and they spent the money they earned from the online casino not on themselves, but on a fine. The two appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court this morning and pleaded guilty to contravening Paragraph (15) of the Emergency Management (COVID-19) Curfew (NO 4) Directive, in that being persons under quarantine at the Treasure Beach Hotel, they did invite Jamaican woman Mikaela Jacas to the premises without permission.
