In this month, where International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8, director of the group Derek Marshall said the song reminds listeners why all women are valuable and worthy of appreciation. “We are paying homage to all females, the fittingly titled W.O.M.A.N, is as sweet to the ears as these individuals are to our lives.
