Sister hotels Sugar Bay Barbados and Bougainvillea Barbados today announced their recent wins from major tourism players Tripadvisor.com, Hotels.com and British Airways Holidays.

The awards were based on unbiased guest reviews and recognised superior services, facilities and customer experiences offered by hotels around the world.

Both hotels received the coveted Tripadvisor.com Travellersโ€™ Choice Awards, placing them in the top 10 per cent of hotels worldwide. Sugar Bay Barbados also received the Travellersโ€™ Choice Award in the Romance category, an amazing accomplishment reserved for the one per cent worldwide.

Bougainvillea and Sugar Bay also received the Hotels.com โ€œLoved by Guestsโ€ awards with a 9/10 score for Bougainvillea and an All-inclusive award for Sugar Bay.

Sugar Bay also captured a British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2020, with this leading UK Tour operator saying: โ€œWe are delighted that Sugar Bay Barbados is one of our top-rated hotels for 2020. In a challenging year of uncertainty, this award is testament to the hotelโ€™s commitment to offering an exceptional customer experience.
