This media house understands McDowall, who was at the centre of a failed controversial resolution that would have led to the creation of the new position of Secretary General for him, has 30 days in which to appeal. Barbados TODAY has reached out to McDowall who said he is in the process of preparing a statement that will be issued shortly.
