The public is advised that the Preliminary List of Electors for the upcoming January 19, 2022 General Elections has been published.
Persons may check the List to confirm their electoral registration status and registration details by accessing the Electoral and Boundaries Commission’s (EBC) website, www.electoral.barbados.gov.bb, where they may engage the chatbot by querying “am I registered” or some similar query, followed by entering their National Registration Number.
Alternatively, persons may view the register at the EBC, Warrens Tower II, Warrens, St. Michael, and at the National Library Service’s headquarters, Fairchild Street, Bridgetown, opposite Independence Square, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., during regular office hours.
The list is available for inspection at the Revising/Registration Centres from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. until January 6, 2022, excluding Saturday, January 1, and Sunday, January 2.
Persons whose names are not on the list may register on or before the closing date, January 6, 2022.
