Members of the Israel Lovell Foundation, the Spiritual Baptist Council, the Haynesville Youth Club and other groups delivered riveting performances at the ceremony that is being attended by Minister with responsibility for Culture Dr Shantal Munro Knight, Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM David Comissiong, Head of the Israel Lovell Foundation MP Trevor Prescod and Dr. The Most Honourable Anthony Carter. Representatives from the Embassies of Cuba, Venezuela are also attending the event.
