A short while ago our Prime Minister spoke of three hotels coming to Bridgetown.

I therefore expect that planning for a vast expansion of the Bridgetown sewerage plant is already in progress.

Obversely, can we ask if in the plans for these hotels there is provision for self-managing of sewage and also desalination?

If there is, will there be an outfall for the waste on the one hand, and the brine from desalination on the other?

If so, how far offshore?

Will there be adequate ground penetrating investigation such that investors are sure that beneath the river sediment type soil there is sufficient rock on which to build multi-story units?

Are we sure that multi-pile driving efforts shall not affect nearby buildings? Just asking, before we drive the spade to turn the soil.
