Duo remanded for Thunder Bay fatal shooting

Two young men were remanded to prison on Wednesday after appearing in court charged with the murder of 27-year-old Darrian Robinson at Thunder Bay Beach, Lower Carlton, St James earlier this month.

Malik Shabazz Bacchus, 20, of Chapel Gap, Lower Carlton, St James, and Rashay Jermaine Anthony Cadogan, 20, of #78 Carlow Path, Waterford, St Michael, are charged with the October 11, 2023 murder and use of a firearm on the same date.

When they appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court, they were remanded until November 22, 2023.

Robinson, of 1st Avenue, Lower Carlton, St James, was fatally shot at a promotion fete.
