The 36-year-old mother told the media that her child came around 4:45 a.m. She said this was a miraculous occasion as she had numerous complications in the past that led to five miscarriages. Matthews has yet to decide on a name for her little bundle of joy but noted the baby would either be named Miracle or Hope. โMy obstetric history was a very rough one so I had some previous losses. This is actually my rainbow and my little miracle. This was a really rough experience as well because I have a lot of issues that I deal with and so forth. But I have the best medical team and I have to say a very special thank you to Dr Robinson and her team, they really assured me and actually helped me to hold out for this long because I really donโt know what I would have done otherwise. So this is also a miracle birth because she was born very prematurely, today, actually makes 26 weeks that she came and she is in the Intensive Care Unit and thriving,โ she said. Matthews added that she was very excited in the delivery room when she held her daughter and heard her cry. I didnโt even know her gender until this morning. I called him or her my bumblebee because I was like this one really keeping me on my toes,โ she said, adding that due to how the baby was positioned in her womb the doctors could not identify her gender. Matthews said she did not plan for this pregnancy and was taking โprecautions, but as people say what God has in store for you will happen. โ . . . Iโm really happy for my miracle.โ (SZB) Sheria Brathwaite You may also like Police warrant issued for โShotsโ 14/03/2026 Accessibility, healthcare top priorities for disabled ahead of Budget 14/03/2026 Govt โlighting upโ playing fields โ sports minister 14/03/2026
