Orsan DeFreitas of #15 Clapham Park, St Michael was last seen about 11 a.m. on Friday, January 5. He is about five feet tall, has a brown complexion and is slim. Defreitas has an oval head, grey hair, beard and moustache, and drooping shoulders, and speaks with a soft voice. He was last seen wearing a white three-quarter pants with a polo horse to the front, a black t-shirt with Nike on it, navy blue Crocs and an orange peaked cap. Defreitas is an outpatient of the Psychiatric Hospital and is in the habit of leaving home for extended periods. He also frequents Nelson Street and Reed Street, The City. Anyone knowing Defreitas’ whereabouts is asked to contact the District ‘A’ Police Station at 430-7242, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or any police station.
