She was last seen by her mother Shanice Payne at their Piedmont Park, Grazettes, St Michael home, about 6 p.m., on Monday. The following day, Payne filed a missing person report. According to the description provided by police on Friday, Shakira is 5 feet 2 inches tall and has a high brown complexion; short, relaxed hair; a nice smile; small ears and nose; neat waist; and an arch in her eyebrows. She is also bow-legged. Her dress at the time of her disappearance is unknown. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Shakira Hinkson is asked to contact the District ‘A’ Police Station at 430-7242 or any other other police station, Police Emergency at 211, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).
