The 24-unit condominium project, spearheaded by B.J. Investments Limited, aims to enhance tourism and residential offerings within the island. Chairman Bjorn Bjerkhamn expressed his pride in the development, noting that it reflects confidence in Barbados’ future and economic stability. The project features 20 two-bedroom units and 4 three-bedroom units and will offer state-of-the-art amenities, including a rooftop deck with a bar and BBQ area, secure parking, and EV charging provisions. The chairman shared that the development is expected tl contribute some $30 million in foreign exchange to the local economy through construction and sales. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Mia Mottley, who praised the project’s potential to support local employment and further enhance the island’s tourism product.
