Bulls and Cavs in winners’ row

Fusion Boutique Station Hill Cavaliers hammered NSC Tridents 101-61 when action in the Barbados Amateur Basketball Association’s Premier League resumed on Wednesday night.

Playing at the Barbados Community College, Deveron Knight led the way for the Cavs with an impressive 37 points, while Gavin Philips added 20 and Saeed Norville 15.

Issac Griffith top scored with ten points for NSC, who also got nine points apiece from Zane Gaskin and Bronson Gibson-D’ermo.

In the night’s second game, defending league champs Burger King Clapham Bulls eased past Premiumfit Bears 108-88.

Rasheed Maynard continued his good season with 28 points, while Akeem Marsh contributed 14 and Andrew Ifill and Simeon Maynard 12 apiece.

Mark Bridgeman top scored for the Bears with 26 points, while Antoine Winter added 18.
