Tishawn Jaden Clarke, 26, of Lower Carter’s Gap, is accused of having an unlicensed firearm and nine rounds of ammunition on April 5. The charges were read by acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
