Playing in the Dennis Leacock Zone at the Conrad Hunte Playing Field, St Bernard’s blanked Hillaby Turners Hall 6-0, while in the remaining game, Providence eased to an 8-1 victory over St Joseph Primary. Only one game kicked off in the Edward Smith/Frank Holder Zone in Speightstown, where Gordon Greenidge Primary defeated Elliott Belgrave Primary 3-1. In other results, St George Primary beat Ellerton 5-1 in the Kenville Kab Layne Zone, while St Judes recorded a 1-0 victory over Cuthbert Moore. Last year’s beaten finalists Arthur Smith Primary remained unbeaten following a 1-0 win over St Winifred’s in the Ricardo Mickey Gibson Zone. St Lawrence were defeated 2-1 by Wills Primary, People’s Cathedral beat Shirley Chisholm 2-0, St Gabriel’s romped to a 6-1 win over St Bartholomew, while Milton Lynch Primary defeated St Christopher’s Primary 1-0.
