Adrico Shakur Rudder, of Allamby Gap, Spooners Hill, appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District โAโ Criminal Court on Tuesday. Rudder is accused of the murder of Terrell Cumberbatch, as well as the illegal use of a firearm, allegedly stemming from an incident on April 29. Due to the capital nature of the charge, the accused was not required to enter a plea.
