Dwayne Demar Garnes, 38, of Block 20D Haynesville, St James, was arrested and formally charged by Northern Division detectives for the murder of Andre Maynard on May 19. Garnes appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the Holetown Magistratesโ Court on Tuesday. Because the charge is an indictable offence, he was not required to enter a plea.
