A St Michael labourer has been placed on a six-month bond to keep the peace after admitting to loitering on a residential property.

Rayshawn Jamol Javion Gibson, 31, of Princess Royal Avenue, Pinelands, St Michael, appeared in the No. 2 District โ€˜Aโ€™ Magistratesโ€™ Court before Magistrate Manila Renee and pleaded guilty that on June 8, he loitered on Sandra Callenderโ€™s premises and there was cause to suspect that he was about to commit the arrestable offence of theft.ย ย

The court heard that the complainant heard a noise just after midnight and made a check and found the accused, who she recognised, in a fetal position on her balcony. Gibson jumped off the balcony and ran off.ย

The police were contacted and the accused was arrested.ย ย

Gibson was warned that if the bond was breached he would have to pay a fine of $750 in one day or face a week in prison.
