Rayshawn Jamol Javion Gibson, 31, of Princess Royal Avenue, Pinelands, St Michael, appeared in the No. 2 District โAโ Magistratesโ Court before Magistrate Manila Renee and pleaded guilty that on June 8, he loitered on Sandra Callenderโs premises and there was cause to suspect that he was about to commit the arrestable offence of theft.ย ย The court heard that the complainant heard a noise just after midnight and made a check and found the accused, who she recognised, in a fetal position on her balcony.
