An Eden Lodge, St Michael man accused of endangering lives and damaging property is scheduled to stand trial early next year after pleading not guilty in the High Court.

Lee Anderson Thompson, of Austin Drive, was arraigned in the No. 4 Supreme Court before Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell and pleaded not guilty to unlawfully and maliciously engaging in conduct which placed Danielle Dowridge and Sylvia Dowridge in danger of death or serious bodily harm.

He also denied damaging Danielle Dowridgeโ€™s car, intending by the damage to the car to endanger her life or being reckless as to whether her life would be endangered.

The offences allegedly occurred on March 24, 2022.

Acting Senior State Counsel Paul Prescod is prosecuting the case, which is set to begin on January 25. Defence attorney Simon Clarke represents Thompson.
