Andre Dion Husbands of No. 2 Hilltop, Pine, St Michael, admitted that, on August 15, he did not leave Karen Nurse’s premises after she directed him to do so. He, however, denied assaulting Nurse, occasioning her actual bodily harm and damaging her glasses on the same date. There was no objection to his bail, and Husbands will return to the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on November 4.
