He was not required to plead to the indictable charge. The matter was transferred to the District โFโ/Horse Hill Magistratesโ Court, where McIntosh is scheduled to reappear on September 15. ย McIntosh, who recently turned himself in, is the third person charged in connection with Ramdassโ murder.
