Brian McDonald Worrell, 47, of Thorpes Cottage, St George, is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Sade Barker on August 18. He was not required to enter a plea when the charge was read in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates Court by Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick. Worrell was released on $2 500 bail with surety and ordered to stay away from the complainant. The case was transferred to District ‘B’ Magistrates Court at Horse Hill, St Joseph, to be heard on August 28.
