Jeffrey Harcourt Roach, now 60, of Manning Land, Bank Hall, St Michael, is charged with four counts of indecently assaulting the minor sometime between January 1 and 30, 2018, and procuring the child to have sex with him on January 27, 2018. Earlier this year, after he failed to attend court on several occasions and his surety indicated that he did not know where the accused was, Justice Pamela Beckles issued a warrant for Roachโs arrest. When the case was once again called in the No. 5 Supreme Court, Roach was again absent. The case was adjourned until November 24.
