Kirkwyn Egerton Moffett, 49, of Almond Drive, denied that, between May 10 and June 13, he stole the car from Nicholas Harris. There was no objection to his bail in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, which was set at $2 500 with surety. Magistrate Jared Richards told the accused to stay away from the complainant and adjourned the case until January 11.
