They are Iroy Mactoba Hendrickson, 38, of Petit Bordel, St Vincent; Hamilton MacDonald Branch of Sherbourne # 3, St John and Edward Dacosta Gollop, 46, of School Road, Halls Road, St Michael. They have been charged with possession, trafficking, possession with intent to supply and importation of Cannabis. According to police, the men were intercepted by the Barbados Coast Guard at sea on board a fishing vessel, approximately 0.75 miles off Consett Bay, St John around 10:36 a.m. on Monday. A search of the vessel, which had no markings or registration number, revealed five polythene bags that contained vegetable matter suspected to be cannabis. The suspected cannabis weighed 268 pounds with an estimated street value of $487, 600.
