I cast no aspersions on the abilities or integrity of anyone but I would like some questions answered in the interest of the vaccinated and unvaccinated Barbadian populace.

And I ask these questions against the backdrop that when there were no vaccines in Barbados last year there were not this many deaths.
So now we are hearing that many unvaccinated people are dying, could the authorities say what medications, if any, are being administered to these people at Harrison Point, and elsewhere.

When the authorities give their stats, could they indicate if they are counting persons at that facility who have only received one jab as being among the unvaccinated or vaccinated. Could the authorities give the stats on the number of people who have recovered from COVID-19? I understand that trying to coerce or force someone to take the vaccine on pains of losing his or her job is against the law.

How many MPs have told their constituents this? Has the Barbados Workers’ Union told the Government, in no uncertain terms, that they need to stop promoting fear as the basis for people to take the vaccine? As the private sector continues to manage Barbados, and call the shots, we will wait and see how far that sector will go or how quiet Minister of Labour Colin Jordan will remain before the elections.
