In his role, Eastmond will lead his teams in creating and delivering in all aspects of hospitality at O2 Beach Club & Spa. Eastmond’s strong and inclusive management style with an emphasis on team coaching and mentoring will ensure the next generation of hospitality managers are ready and able to lead with confidence and success in the luxury sector. With more than twenty years of experience and a proven success record in the boutique resort and luxury private residences niche in the Caribbean, Eastmond is focused on the implementation of operational plans to achieve financial integrity and sustainable profitability, paired with a strong, positive work culture. He believes in building a trained and motivated team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain luxury standards consistently. Most recently, Eastmond served as the General Manager at Belle Mont Farm Resort at Kittitian Hill in St. Kitts and he previously held the role of General Manager at Curtain Bluff, and Grace Bay Resorts.
