Neighbours said he had lived there with his grandmother, who passed away about two months ago.Williams said the tragedy underscored the urgent need for renewed social engagement and youth intervention to tackle rising violence in some communities.He added that the Coalition remained committed to working alongside government and residents to rebuild trust and strengthen neighbourhood bonds.
