The site had been the subject of ongoing concern, with the yard cluttered with debris and other items as the man occupied the premises. Old Gall Hill Library. (SM) Member of Parliament Charles Griffith said the action came after months of complaints from residents about the condition of the property and disturbances in the area. He confirmed that the man was taken to the Psychiatric Hospital by police after his behaviour escalated. Griffith also thanked the Barbados Police Service, Environmental Health and the Sanitation Service Authority for their coordinated response in addressing the situation.
