Playing on Wednesday at the Bridgefield court in the Anna Shepherd Zone, they blanked Hillaby Turner’s Hall Primary 8-0 and Eden Lodge Primary 5-0. Holy Innocent’s Primary also won both of their games, after beating Hillaby Turner’s Hall 7-2, and trouncing Welches Primary 4-0. Welches bounced back in their second game, however, to defeat People’s Cathedral 3-0. People’s Cathedral also lost their second game, as they were beaten 6-0 by Wilkie Cumberbatch. The competition continues at the Friendship Court on Thursday, with games in the Cathy Harper-Hall/Agnes Critchlow Zone.
