Pro Shottas missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Barbados Football Association’s Division One table, when play continued on Wednesday.

They remain on 28 points, having been defeated 2-0 by Notre Dame, who moved up to 5th position on 24.

That result also allowed Parish Land to close the gap to the leaders to just one point, following their 3-0 win over Barbados Soccer Academy.

Empire advanced one position up to third on 25 points, following a 3-0 victory over Greens United, while Pinelands are now down two places to fourth, following a 2-1 defeat by Whitehall.

Technique had the night’s most comprehensive result, after hammering Silver Sands 5-1, while Potential Ballers were also victorious as they sealed a 1-0 win over Deacons.
