Media reports said that the plane belongs to the Dominican Republic based Sky High Aviation Services that operates flights from Santo Domingo, Tรณrtola, Aruba, Curacao, St Maarten, Bonaire, St Kitts,ย Antigua, Cuba, Bahamas, Eustatius, Jamaica and Dominica.
