Mother’s Day special for Staycation Winner

Mother’s Day this Sunday, May 9, will be extra special for first-time mother Maryse Headley, the winner of the Barbados TODAY (BT) and The Hilton Barbados Resort’s Special Mom Staycation contest. Headley captured the lion’s share of the votes with 336 likes for her photo.

Entrants submitted photos of their mothers, showcasing what was so special about them. Barbados TODAY announced the competition on April 25, and participants were encouraged to visit the ePaper to see details on how to enter and submit photos until April 30. Voting officially ended on May 5.

According to the E-Commerce and Marketing Manager at The Hilton Barbados Resort, Anthony Hinds, the resort saw Mother’s Day as an opportunity to give back to mothers and treat them during these difficult times. (CJ)
