He was accused of leaving his duty station at St Ann’s Fort while being part of a COVID-19 Sanitization Unit without reasonable excuse on March 14, 2021. However, his attorney-at-law Queen’s Counsel Michael Lashley has served notice that he intends to take the matter to the Court of Appeal.
