AOPT public relations officer Mark Haynes made it clear that the organization does not support the strike and operators should immediately resume services. “We renounce the strike, we do not support the strike, we do not sanction the strike. I take this opportunity to urge workers to go back to work, he said while speaking on Down to Brasstacks this afternoon. The operators are up in arms about a new uniform bearing the Barbados Transport Authority’s logo. Therefore, I urge all workers to return to work immediately,” he said.
